Gluten-Free Baker's Bootcamp
Today, I read about a gluten-free baking class at the community college and I'm really interested in going. Gluten-Free cake seems to be fashionable right now, so it would be nice to know how to do it, and how to do it at high altitude. Anyone interested in carpooling to Glenwood Springs?
